In 2012 Lamb Weston Meijer engaged CL Network to assist in transforming our Commercial organization into a customer centric driven enterprise. The “Strategic Impact Selling Skills” workshops significantly changed both the mindset and skill set of our team. Today, our commercial organization has embraced these trainings as “Cindy Training”. Other workshops such as “Art of Negotiation”, “Communicating with Confidence” and “Building Customer Centric Teams” have been impactful in our organization and are frequently requested by many employees. Cindy’s personal approach and dedication to our team’s growth has made these workshops the most effective ones I’ve seen so far throughout my career.

CL Network Leadership development program is framed around the skills required to be a successful leader in any organization. Built on the importance of communication, coaching, sales training and influencing skills, the courses provide tools and learnings that leaders can apply on a daily basis that translate to personal, professional and organizational success. The content creates a common language and a sense of community within our organization.
